richterjw
The earliest Serial Number I sport is on my FD 20mm f/2.8: 13467. I have a couple of First Edition books but apparently nothing along those lines with my photography equipment. Anybody with anything fun or interesting?

brucecahn
I had one of the first Polaroid backs for a Nikon F3. I bought it from Forscher around 1982, new. I remember the number was around 4 or 5.

hjoseph7
I had the first perspective control lens that Nikon came out with in the 1960's. Theserial number was written in deep red right on the lens. I made a trade with a fellow PN number for some other equipment, so I could not tell you what it was.
