They were very quick to respond to an order I placed, but when I tried to cancel it a few hours later (on a Sunday, no less, so they would have been closed until Monday and able to action the cancellation), no reply.<br> The collar turned up in the post later. I was working on a ship at the time and we were in the US on Sundays only (if you could even contact them on Sundays).</p> <p>I <em>think </em> I just sent it back with a letter explaining that it was my error and requested that the charge on my credit card be reversed.
