This was a result of handling the chemicals needed for the process.</p> <p>I have seen a number of wet plate cameras and the difference between them and later dry plate models seems to be in the plate holder so you may be able to adapt a dry plate model and fit a wet plate back and plate holder to it.</p> <p>You could also look up 'waxed paper negative photography'.</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
