Edit image info

When you choose to edit the image info, you can change little things like the

date, the caption, the technical details etc. And you can upload an updated

version of your pic.

 

The problem is - I can't do that anymore. More precisely, I wanted to upload the

same image but with a different frame. Everything goes well except that in the

end I still see the old version. Refresh, Shift+Refresh, clear cache and

Refresh... nothing seems to work.

Which image are you talking about?

 

Might be a caching thing on our side. I'm not sure how it's configured, but please wait a

few hours and try again.

I realize that I may not have been very clear with my "and try again." I mean try the

refresh or shift+refresh again -- there is probably no need to try the upload again.

I have updated my photos earlier successfully several times, but last night I noticed this bug though I tried all the tricks - several times. Even today this problem is there to my dissapointment.

I always thought it was ctrl+refresh to reload a page from scratch...

Hi, this is a known problem. We were having some issues with unexpected network load and had to put in a quick fix that caused problems with replacing images. We've resolved the load issue, and will put things back so that new image versions will show up, but I can't do that, have to wait for the network admins to switch things back around. So try again Monday or Tuesday.

We're back to loading the images from the proper servers, so this problem should now be gone. Please let me know if it is not.
