bobatkins Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 It's supposed to be automatic. As far as I know no manual intervention is needed. Your account does indeed show that you are a subscriber so an icon should be displayed next to your name. We've been messing with the servers for the last week of so (upgrades), so it's possible there was a glitch.
