john_clifford1
I recently purchased Total Training's "Digital Photography and Adobe Photoshop Elements 3", and although I like it, it seems to be too general for me. Most explainations seem more like overviews than in depth instruction. So, does anyone out there know of a comprehensive resource for Elements 3? Either in the similar form of Total Training's DVD or even book form would be fine. Thanks in advance, John.
peter_daalder
You can take a <a href="http://www.photoshopsupport.com/elements/tt.html"> sneak preview </a> at some tutorials from <a href="http://www.photoshopsupport.com/elements/reviews/tt-unleashed.html"> this DVD.</a>
malcolm_denton
In my humble opinion the best book on the subject is 'Photoshop Elements 3 The Missing Manual' by Barbara Brundage.
famico
I agree with the poster above about the Missing Manual. It explains things in detail, not only telling how to do something, but why. I use it and it has helped me greatly.

foxfire
One other thing that will be useful to you, John, is their website, www.photoshopelementsuser.com - It's a great source of info with online classes, tips and forums. They also publish a magazine for Elements. Check it out!
