gerard_gaffrey
Folks, I have been out of the loop for a while, and am wondering what b/w films are discontinued, or are to be discontinued. Also b/w papers facing the same fate. Thanks G. Gaffrey
discpad
All Kodak B&W papers; all Agfa film and paper. Others will follow with the odds & ends; but this is the bulk of the B&W photo & darkroom material killed off.
wieslaw1
For example Kodak 4125.
stephen sullivan
How far do you want to go back? How far forward would you like to go? Afga APX 25, 100 & 400. Plus Scala. Etc. Etc. Etc. To help, why not start here: http://www.kodak.com/ http://www.fujifilm.com/ http://www.ilford.com/
lex_jenkins
On the bright side film, paper and chemicals are available from several non-mainstream sources. While these materials will become specialty boutique items, many at higher prices, film and papers will be available for some time to come. billc1
Look at the bright side new films are being produced such as Rollei and Maco are producing some neat films.

gabe1
That dr5 list isn't even a complete list of what's available now -- it left off all the fortepan and fomapan 400, plus a couple of fuji films at the very least.
pics
Yeah the Rollei R3 film does seem intriquing but I'll be waiting for it to come down quite a bit in price (about $7 per 120 roll + expensive recommended developer.) Unless it has some magical powers, other than multiple effective speeds, I can't justify this cost.
