Tmax 3200 in microphen ... time ?

I like Microphen for this film. I am usually more afraid of negatives that are too thin than of negatives that are too dense so I don't know whether 12 minutes will be long enough. At this point you might consider shooting six or seven test frames with the same film under similar lighting conditions and developing the short length for the time you have. You can then adjust your times for each of the four rolls based on that experiment.

Most films I've tried tolerate longer development in Microphen well. If you have any doubts it will probably do no harm to err on the side of more development. I routinely develop Delta 3200 in Microphen longer than the data suggests for a given exposure rating: For example, if I expose the film at 3200 I'll develop for 6400.
