dens
for stock or in the local market and how many $$$. I am a long way from selling any but would like to know what I need to achieve!
danny_liao
It all depends on the publication or usage. It could go anywhere from 100 bucks (magazine publication) to a few 1000 (small ad campaign) or SEVERAL 10,000 (large ad campaign).

darren_cokin
12" x 18" print sold recently for $50. Gallery kept 50%, and cost was $10, thus profit was paltry $15. (Was asking $250 for framed version, and would have made much larger profit.)<div></div>
jpb
when you say "sold" do you mean licensed for distribution or do you mean sold as prints? They are two entirely different ways to go. I recently started selling prints on the street in Brooklyn and have gotten a pretty good response. Things like these: http://www.jamesburger.com. Good luck
dens
Very website and I like your shots, do you sell many? I wished to know what standard I need to be before I could start considering sending my photo to agengies. I think I need to build up a biger collection first.<div></div>

jpb
I wouldnメt say I sell many, but starting any venture is slow I think. Haven't sold anything from the website, but have made some good contact on the street... just trying to build a reputation before I go and do something reckless like quit my full time job.
