manuel_garcia5
After visiting two Target's in my neck of the woods non of them carried Kodak 400 UC anymore. I was lucky enough to find two boxes at Walmart. Where are you guys and gals finding 400 UC? I live in Orange County if that helps. Thanks! ross_blasingame
The Target stores in my area of N. Calif are not carrying it. They were stocking it for a month or two and then dropped the line. I am only talking about the town I live in. I do not know about other areas. Wallmart carries it but that store is 15miles away and is very crowded. I decided not to use it based on that. UC400 is not cheap by mail order. For me Reala is the film to use. Portra for special situations.
danny_liao
Have you guys heard of a CAMERA STORE?! HELLO...hahah!!1 Try Samy's in Santa Ana or Pro Photo Connection (http://www.prophotoconnection.com/). If that fails, there's alway B&H Photo for mail order. larrydressler
Wall-marts are going to keep it as their standerd 400 speed film but I wish I lived as close as you guys to a huge Camera store like Freestyle or Sammy's.
steven_clark
I forget my southern california geography: how far are you from Oceanside? OPT carries it at decent price last I checked.
manuel_garcia5
Thanks for the replies, Danny if I wanted to pay top dollar then I would have already visited Sammy's or similar camera store. I found a thread a few post down that Walgreens is dump it for pennies on the dollar. I'll check that out tonight. Steven, what is OPT?
dpeterson
If you do go to Walmart, the packaging now used for the 400uc is the same that was used for Kodak Gold, it is no longer the brightly colored black boxes. They will come three or four to a box in the standard yellow box--it will be marked 400uc however.
manuel_garcia5
Thank you Donald, I didn't know that. I seen the regular 400 speed Kodak at Target but would have never thought to check. I almost ended buying Kodak HD, which is another great film but I really wanted 400UC which I found at Walmart.
