keith_tapscott
Does anyone know how the Photographers Formulary TD-16 developer and TD-16R replenisher differs from Kodak D-76 and D-76R? They claim that their products exactly replicate the Kodak products, but with greater consistency.
http://www.photoformulary.com/DesktopModules/StoreProductDetails.aspx?productID=66&tabid=9&tabindex=2&categoryid=31&selection=0&langId=0
larrydressler
Well since I never liked D-76 as a replenished developer I would not know about the R. I when I used it always added some aged D-76 to my new stuff. But I can say the people there may talk to you past the hyporboil about it.
keith_tapscott
Thanks Larry. I was just wondering what was different about the PF formula compared to the standard formula rather than wanting to try it.
justpete
Keith, TD-16 is said to be D-76H. About 2/3 down the page: http://silvergrain.org/Photo-Tech/d-76.html
HTH, Pete
