  1. Important: please keep your image under 1000 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc). Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here:http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. This forum's moderators are allowing up to three Nikon Wednesday images per week, so share some work!

It's been a while since I was doing something commercial but got distracted by an abstraction. And so here it is for Nikon Wednesday, in all its casual abstract-ness. Find a pattern or a cool reflection that's interesting for its own sake? Share some photos!

  9. I met this shy black-throated loon on midsummer's day. Unfortunately, this was as close as he swam before he returned to his family.

  15. Week before last we attended a workshop with National Parks at Night in Bryce Canyon. If you ever have a change to go on one of their workshops, it was amazing. Learned a ton! Nikon D750, Nikon 14-24mm.
