<p>Many of the bleachers and barricades from the inaugural were still in place. Some were dismantled and in piles offering the occasional bit of high ground within the crowd. <p>For me it's just a puppy, who is debating whether or not to chew his rawhide or pounce the guy crouching down low in front of him with yet another of those black boxes that go "click".</p>
