jc1305us
I know exactly where you were standing in Hoboken. A very attractive photo. Thank you! It’s a personal favorite. I shot it during the pandemic on my then new to me Rolleiflex 3.5e. I’m still in awe of the sharpness of the negatives the camera puts out. Ricochetrider
Picked up a few r ols of Portra 400 with the intent to shoot s ome portrait type stuff- havent gotten around to that yet but I did burn up a roll on som e old bikes, This time, tho the antique motorcycles were mine and some close friends, on a wekend gathering back in March. SHot with my 500cm & either the 80mm Planar or the 180mm Sonnar. The latter, I bought specifically for shooting people shots- tho havent used it very much. I've done a fair amount fo "long distance close up" photos with my 250m, so I thought why not with the 180? my 1966 BSA Thunderbolt and a friend's late model Rocket 3 in a line up of BSAs. here's the close up from the Zeiss 180mm Sonnar. These were all shot at one time, just about "golden hour" in mid evening.

A former Reading Railroad Class T-1 is now operational after 5+ years and two+ million worth of restoration by the Reading, Blue Mountain& Northern.
