W/NW Pic-O'-The-Week # 45

<p>Its that special time to share our favorite pic of the week. Last week had pretty low participation level, so hopefully it will pic up this week. I'll start with a street photo from Hollywood, CA taken with a M7 and some form of Leica 28 2.8 lens I borrowed from a friend. Lets see what you have. Hopefully more than last week. <p>I believe the "rangefinder experience" encompasses more than a brand or type of focusing. Its the total package, small, light, portable, unobtrusive. I have had, at various times, a IIIF, M6, Yashica Electro 35, several Contax Gs (not really a rangefinders), a Voigtlander or two and maybe some others I can't recall. The XE series fits with this group in my opinion but I don't want to speak for the true believers. Of course, no zooms allowed. </p>

<p>All sorts of gear have been posted here over many years. Nobody really cares a monkeys....perhaps the odd folk.</p>

<p>I generally start this thread and though I try to have either a Leica or rangefinder something as part of the equipment do that only because a sop to the past. But I often use Xpro2 and other what I consider RF influenced cameras. So in short. Its not an issue, and I don't think anyone here cares what you use. There's no reason to even post what your using for the photo, that's just voluntary. </p>

<p>Hello again everyone. In just over an hour at my local Kailua Town Farmers Market (Oahu), a 36x roll of film went thru the camera and I packed out a large shopping bag of fresh fruit, veggies and other "goodies" for the upcoming week. Fed-3 / Jupiter-8, Kentmere 400 @ 250, Obsidian Aqua & V600 scans. "Keiki" is Hawaiian for child or children. Aloha, Bill</p><div></div>

<p>I'm new here, and just getting started with rangefinder photography. I've been shooting more and more film, and film and a rangefinder camera seem to go together like Fred and Ginger.<br>
