railphotog

Caught this blue jay grabbing a peanut just this afternoon. I often sit in our backyard putting peanuts out for local squirrels, capturing them with my Canon SX10. When the blue jay started going for the peanuts too, I went and got my XSi, as the other camera was too slow to be able to capture the bird.
Canon XSi, 75-300mm IS lens, 1/400 @5.6, ISO 400

JRCrowe
A mixture of old and new. It looks like an old barn with a new steel door and a new conveyor our front. The small sign says Bay Alarm Company on it so I guess its wired for alarm. Its right next to a high school so I can't understand why there is no graffiti on it.

I did no editing of the shot except normalize it with Picassa.
