Nice idea. I see why you've used the blur as it brings more attention to the lions. As is it doesn't look quite right as the focus on the boat an landscape doesn't match the area of the lions that is sharp. To make it all blend together more I'd go for sharpness across the image at the depth where the lions are. It might be easier using a tilt-shift blur in Photoshop perhaps. I'd avoid having blurry boat next to sharp feet, if you see what I mean. Hope that is helpful -
