Anyone got any idea how to create a flat sky?? Not sure how the streaks came about in the processing (maybe due to not using a proper stop) However, they are here now and i would like to correct!

Iv tried rewashing several times, using a wetting agent, no change, lines appearing in same position. The weird fog is just a blur off a panel on the fence in front i believe
