Job Spec-
We are a premium sportswear/streetwear brand catering for the boxing market, established in Coventry, England.
As part of our marketing and promotional activities we require pictures being taken of boxers/gyms around the country in order to grow our brand. Please check our Instagram @boxraw or our website to see the quality imagery we currently use.
We have been using freelance photographers to present, but we are keen on getting a local photographer on board to help grow the business, and of course enhance their own skills at the same time.
Main Duties -
Travelling around the UK (Costs will be covered by BOXRAW) to complete photoshoots of various sports-stars, mainly boxing. Photoshoots to be both lifestyle and workout shoots.
Help provide images we can use for our social media platforms to maintain and grow our brand image
Work with boxers, and some of our other employees to create videos we can use on our social media platforms.
Manage and create ways in which we can use photography and videography to enhance the brand, and in our other marketing campaigns.
Key attributes/skills
Experienced in sports photography
Proficient in photoshop or software of a similar nature
Ability to use illustrator or software of a similar nature
Mobile - as we may require some travelling to boxing gyms around the UK. We will cover all travel costs.
Professional and social. The employee will be mixing with world champion athletes, high profile models and also may be required to work with retail outlets on photoshoots, therefore professionalism and being social is key.
Ambitious - we want the candidate to grow and be successful along side the business. Photography is an important aspect of our business, so we require someone who fully understands this and wants to succeed with us.
We’re prepared to trial a few photographers so both us can see if it’s something that works. Ultimately we’re looking for someone who really sees value in the opportunity at hand.
