<p>So, Ive bought two sets (5 pack) of Kodak Portra 400 (one in Canada, once in Turkey). Ive been developing at the same place for all of them since i got to Turkey. Im having an issue with weird white "spores" on most of my negatives. I'm fairly new to film and they told me in the camera store it was "out of date emulsion" on the newest set it says valid to 03/2017. Any help would be great.
