<p>Hi guys,<br /> Looking at scanners right now and sadly, at this time cost is a factor for me otherwise I'd get the Epson V850. I found both V550 and V600 and see people had good/descent results with them. I also don't want to pay the development lab to scan each time they develop the films.<br /> I shoot color 120 film (Portra and Ektar) and MAY do an occasional 35mm scan, but don't care for those or their quality at all. So provided 120 is my main medium, which scanner would you recommend, including software? I use a Mac with OS X El Capitan. I'm open to suggestions other than V550/V600 if anybody has had good results with them.</p>
