    The Note

I was hoping this will make a viewer pause and look a little longer. Since I took the photo I feel I am too biased, but I love it. Please, let me know what you honestly think. I realize others will not share my feelings with this photo, and I would really like to know what their feelings are, also. Thank you for your attention.

    Ready For Prom

I used Photoshop to darken the background, burn shadows on the face and hair a little, and add a very slight color cast. Each time I added something, it looked great to me. However, I am now wondering if it looks too Photoshopped! Or, does it just show a style. I know when one first edits a photo, they will often get caught up in the emotion and think it looks great, only to look at it again a month later and think the edits were terrible. So, while I am waiting for a month, I thought I would ask for some input from others who don't have an emotional attachment to this photo. :) (By the way, I realize Photoshop is not officially a verb yet.)
