1.
@Mark Zell, I think that must be exactly what happened, that makes perfect sense to me. Honestly thank you a lot, I'll definitely try and prevent that from happening again, however, is there any way for me to know if that button gets pushed so i don't just waste a roll ? Also thanks for the user guide, that'll come in handy
@Craig Shearman, I will try and test those out and see how that works for me, thank you for the advice, I really do appreciate it

 2.
Thank you, that is very useful information. I will give that a try next time, so as a rule of thumb, in brighter conditions, I want a higher shutter speed and vice versa, and in terms of aperture that depends on what I'm trying to focus on ?
Thanks

 3.
Thanks for both of your responses, I appreciate the help.
On the sunny day I did actually take a couple of photos at 1000 as I was taking them of skateboarders, so my logic was that to prevent any blur I would need a quicker shutter speed - I'm not sure if that is the right path of logic. I'm living in a country where I'm not fluent in the language so it is pretty difficult to learn / ask for help.
I have uploaded a picture of the film and also how it came out on the card they gave me - http://s1175.photobucket.com/user/archielangmead/library/?view=recent&page=1
What does the EE setting on the aperture wheel mean ?
Thanks again for the help, and I'm sorry if these are blindingly obvious questions, but I am a total moron when it comes to this

 4.
Hi, I've just bought my first camera, so bought a 36 roll to test it out. 12 of the photos came out fine, the other 24 are totally blank, but I'm not sure why. Most of these blanks were taken on a sunny day outside, I would really like some help to understand why this happened. You can see my camera and the settings I was using for most of them which turned out blank. I think i was using 400 ISO film.
http://s1175.photobucket.com/user/archielangmead/library/?view=recent&page=1
Thank you !
