I do really like this - the composition and color/shadow of the rock formation and trees. I would like to see it cropped a bit more at the bottom as the blank darkness does nothing for the scene. It looks like there is some blue in the sky along with the clouds. Intensifying those colors would add some nice drama and cropping in from the right to the dark line that begins the primary rock formation would give focus to that primary section. -
It is white. Changed from color photo to black/white with the hope that the white would pop. Thank you for any comments. -

Thanks, Doug. Surprised by the colors when I opened here in critique. Not in the original but definitely will rework to be sure they disappear. I find times when I am working too fast for my computer, I get unexpected results. Need to wait 'til I am sure I have seen it all before popping it out somewhere. Glad to say that I no longer see the expression captured here. With about 8 months of life changing habits he is back in control showing lots of well earned smiles. -
