You've sure catured the essence of Frog, here - at least from the anthropomorphic point of view. Squat, fat, ugly and totally dignified and sure of himself. We'll ignore the fact that he was exhausted and expected to be eaten any moment, now. Nice photo.

The yellow and green colors dancing on the back and the sweep of the flipper, just waiting to stroke down really add a sense of motion to this picture. Love it!

Well, from one Frisco denizen to another, I have to say I love your scene. Looking closely, I think I see detail in that black blob of a mountain. I know you don't care for bringing your work home, but just a little "dodging" of that dark area might bring it out.

The monochromatic feel of this photo really enhances the beauty of the aspen leaves. I think I'd be very tempted to lose the top of the picture. It does, indeed, look like a cow chip.

Both the aura around the sun and the high clouds add quite a bit to the image. The originally posted one is easily my favorite crop of this excellent shot.

I do think that the cleaned-up image is an improvement. And I agree with those who think that a little more stem would improve the picture. It's very close as it is to being just what I'd want to see.

I actually like the dark mood and the unfocussed background. I think that some sharpening of the wire is needed, though, and the color cast really detracts.

The lighting and filtering, if any, on this image are just exquisite. Care to give us some technical details?

I think this could have been cropped better, to accentuate to lovely columns framed by the circular door. Maybe not better - it would really be a different image.

This is one extraordinary image. I would have rated it a 10-10, except that I just had to express greater admiration for the creativity.
-
I would be tempted to add a little brightness or contrast, but I'm so glad you didn't. The Darkness really makes this live.
-
I love the way you have captured just the essence of the subject in a visually pleasing way.

Yeah! Not just a gorgeous rock, but the gradation of light and shadow, under the colored sky. This really stands out.

The use of the very dark and the very light really work here, with the idol present in the light.

I was stunned when I saw this photograph, and even more when I realized that it was a moonlit scene. The composition is superb, and the lighting exquisite. Thanks for allowing us to see this.

This crop is such an improvement. It really turns the image into a spectacular picture.

I'd crop it quite a bit, eliminating everything but the vines, hills and sky, with the metal posts left in for framing.
-
This would be an excellent photo, except that it is somewhat blurred, either by camera motion, or lack of focus.

That is easily one of the best "backyard" shots I've seen. Nicely composed, and the textures feel wonderful.

This shot suffers from perspective distortion. It would really benefit from some skewing in an image editor such as Photoshop.

Alex,
This is a really wonderful shot. The interplay between the two bears is very clear. The dynamic range, though, seems lacking. There is no real black or white, and this picture seems to cry out for both. Here is a very simple levels adjustment on this image:
