Superb, John. Exellent portrait.

All the tones, all the textures. 'Very nice. 'Would have potential in mono also.

Nice. 'Certainly entertaining statuary. If this is easy to return to, there seems to be many potential perspectives that would command more impact. 'Seems several from low to the ground w/ near detail & distant parts would have some potential.

'Lots to draw the attention to - in addition to lovely lines & light. 'Descending stairs (to where?), cheery natural light in the room - framed by the arch full of lively greenery. The painting above/around the arch looks interesting, but too dark to fully appreciate.

Very nicely done. Good use of wide glass, Light is bold here, delicate there, and color rendering is natural & pleasing.

Gorgeous. And I completely agree w/ the last post that keeping the color rendering natural keeps the beauty intact. Fantastic image & the story adds context & depth.

I guess interior architecture *can* be fine art. Beautifully seen & taken, Maria.

I'm no pro, Valeria, so others may have better feedback.
'Very much like the composition, including the offset down & left. It reverses the norm of having foreground sharp & background beyond focus. This can be done to good effect, but the back bloom could be sharper. I especially like your rendering of the color - no digital overbake w/ unnatural saturation. Its handsome.

I think you're right, Tony. I'll play w/ it. Thank You!

Together w/ your other shot of the maples, I'd say you have a strong way w/ landscape mono (which I like alot). This is beautifully done w/ sorta symetry, keeping shadow detail & hanging on to the brighter spots w/ the intense range.

Very nice portrait.Pretty subject, very nice expression. Well executed.

'Like the subject matter & composition alot. I'm a bit of a fan of rust.

Lovely, David. I love good mono & this satisfies well.

Didier, Thank You!
I'm hoping for a break in the weather to be able to get more shots, hopefully a Chantarelle 'forest', maybe a white chantarelle, and some of the more strange non-edible mushrooms that can be visually striking. This one was deep burgundy on top, fading towards the outside. Some are cherry w/ white dots - just strange stuff. I have one that looks like a frilly flower - but it was so dark I didn't hit focus well enough - soft all over.
Thank You again for sharing your thoughts. 'Hope you have some fun today.

Like the composition, exposure & especially the color rendering. If I could get anything more, it would be a bit of sharpness/detail of the wood. 'Generally a very pleasing, peaceful image.

This seems stronger than the color shot. The texture of the center plate is more apparent, tactile. Sepia treatment is subtle and brings some warmth. 'Like the composition & execution alot.

Another nice one, Tony. Only giveaways on age are the style of bike & handlebar, and the affects continue into and through the glass door, less visible on the pipe the bike is locked to.
'Can't see this & not be impressed. Very nice work.
