1.
Craig I purchased 1 roll of it (for almost nothing) for the sole purpose of testing my camera. I do not intend on withdrawing my support for quality film manufacturers in order to shoot rubbish like Shanghai GP3.
Thanks John for your help.

 2.
Hi guys, I just shot a roll of a cheap Chinese 120 film called Shanghai GP3 ASA 100 (expired, not sure how long ago) to test out my Mamiya RB67 for light leaks. I developed the film in Ilford ID-11 for 14 minutes, 20 degrees c and a ratio of 1+1. The negatives came out pretty poorly (poor contrast, grain)but the main concern is the backing paper from the film is visible in the negatives! I am confused as to why it is appearing. Is it because the film is too old? Here are some of the scans (low res to test) and a picture of the film backing paper.
If you have any ideas/suggestions please post below!
Thanks!
