2.
Color space
Why cameras don't support ProPhoto RGB while Photoshop does? What is the purpose of using this RGB while camera can support Adobe RGB? I know that Pro RGB have much wider color space but isn't it meaningless to use that since the camera support Adobe RGB?

Lightroom Catalog
I got a new HDD but all files are in other HDD. I don't want to copy but adding the storage size for catalog. One person told me that there is way to expand the storage size with additional HDD without creating another catalog.

C1 and LR
I'm thinking to use C1 in future for professional working. Do you think that C1 have advantages compare to LR?

Scanning
Im thinking to try 3f scanning from Hasselblad X5 scanner. I couldn't get the right color still with normal scanning. Some people told me to try Frontier or other scanner but as a student, I can not use those scanner with paying some money. Will it be worthy enough to use 3f files?

Printing
I use Moab and Kodak Matte paper usually. What media type should I use? I googled several times and I got no answers about it.

 3.
Hi I got 4tb HDD for more space but I got a problem. I already have lacie 3tb where my lightroom catalogue is located. Is there any way to keep my catalogue with different HDD? I don't want to copy catalogue to the new one. It has to be separated but keep using the same catalogue.

 4.
Hi, I have an issue about shooting portrait at outside with flash light.

I use Canon 5d mark 3 with speed light 600ex-rt. Im just a student btw. I usually use the speed light to fill more light under the shadow. It worked fine on little bit cloudy day or under the shadow. But on sunny day, I always got awkward skin color and white balance. Well I know that I shot pics around 1~3pm which is the worst time to shoot portrait. I use HSS mode with Av mode. How do you shoot portrait with the speed light on the camera on sunny day? Any examples?

 5.
Jamie/ Does it support Hasselblad X5?

Bill/ Look, I'm learning and seeking more informations. Do you think that it;s wrong?

 7.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/127120595@N05/21399589538/in/dateposted-public/
I kept asking this issue for almost 6 months and I still didn't get a clear solution. After 3rd step, I have no idea what to do to get portra color. I tried so many times to edit. Everyone told me only colorpefect is the only way to get what I want. Why can't I get portra color with photoshop?

I used Hasselblad X5 scanner and I scanned 300 un-inverted files.

Can anyone tell me what to do and how to edit them in order to get portra color correctly? I don't need any informations related to basic things.

 8.
Im thinking to travel other state around NY to shoot astro pics. I visited Boston, Delaware, and New Hampshire to shoot stars before. Well for this time, I really wanna visit other state to shoot star trails. Country side is the best but I don't know where tho. Camping site is require to sleep for 3 days trip. Any suggestion?

 9.
Well Im 20 years old photo student and I got a request from one of my friend that she would like to hire me for her wedding. Well this is my second time to shoot pics for wedding but it is a first time to be a main photographer. The wedding won't be that big but simple so it won't be a problem. (Truth be told, a couple from the first wedding were broken within 3weeks and I really felt mad about that happening tho.) I have 5d mark2 with 24-105mm and 70-200mm f2.8 ii which is fine. All I worry about is how to use the strobe. I have one manual flash light that I've been use for indoor shooting.

So I have questions here:

1. I have one manual strobe. I've been use this for two years. I love this one but since I'm going to use bouncing light technique, should I buy gary fong diffuser for better light control?

2. I have two sessions to shoot: in and outdoor. indoor is ok if I can handle how to control the light but for the outdoor shooting, should I avoid sunny days?

3. Ummm it's a first time pricing about my photo shooting. She might gonna give several hundred dollar but not sure.

 10.
I still couldn't decide which website to post all my normal works. Well, I'm thinking to have two web sites to post my works: Portfolio and multipurpose websites. For the portfolio website, I'm going to create Tumblr blog and modify into a portfolio site. For multipurpose website, I still thinking where to post photos. Since I have many series to upload, I would prefer the website where I can upload many pics and able to organize them by folder or else. Some friends said Flickr would be the best choice but not sure. 500px is def not for me. Any suggestions?

 11.
1. I usually import photos base on the topic+year. Well, I start to group them by date. Should I just import photos by date only? How do you organize photos??
2. I currently have Facebook page, portfolio site, tumblr, and etc. But I start to feel that it is hard to organize photos for each site and it's limited to show my works. I usually wanna upload as many as possible like around 1000 pics that I did in Facebook before such as the event photography. So I would like to have only two type of sites: portfolio and multipurpose sites. Since I already have a portfolio site, all I need is a multipurpose site. I don't like Tumblr tho... Should I just keep Facebook page? Any alternative for FB page tho?
3. I have one 3tb HDD for photos. But I need more storage for back ups. Should I start to use NAS?
4. Some photographers told me that not to use DNG. Ummm why??
5. Are there any difference between LR and Capone pro? I feel that capone pro have better color retouching to me...

 12.
Well the file data does not apply outside of LR. I'm still worry about this.

 13.
Well I start to face the huge problem since I shot 40,000 pics and stole in Lightroom together. The maximum number is 9999 which means there should be several same files with same number. I'm really worry about this problem when I backup files in Lightroom that same files with same number delete other file. Is there any way to maximize the max number like more than 100,000?

 14.
Well my school have several X5 scanner. I usually use them for B&W films. For color films, it's really hard to correct the color to get the right color within Hasselblad's program. If you are using this scanner, how do you scan and then edit scanned film files?

 15.
http://www.angelicaroberts.com/nyc-portrait-photography/new-york-city-fashion-glamour-portrait-shoot-by-angelica-roberts-photography-4_7_150.html
Example of colors

 16.
Well, I don't think that I'm a beginner but I faced the huge issue in my career life. I usually shoot pics and then edit them in Lightroom. But I just control the basic things mostly. Colors? I just use saturation, vibrance, and etc. I start to realize that photographers have their own colors for their photo works. Mostly, they know how to retouch color for portrait and have distinguish color tones like a color film. I have no idea how to retouch colors for portrait especially for the skin tones. And I also don't know how did they create their own color from Lightroom or Photoshop. I believe it's important to understand the idea and pursuit what I need to do. So I'm here to get help about the color itself. How should I start first?

 17.
Ian/ nice tips. Thank you.

 18.
Well, it's a first time experience the beach portrait photography. Tomorrow would be partly cloudy btw. I'm going shoot at 4pm. Lighting equipments that I have are only 2 flashes and 1 small reflector...

I know that the direct sunlight will mess up my shooting for portrait. Should I just use one reflector tho?

 19.

For overexposing, I heard that I have to rate the film lower and then meter for the shadow. Is it correct?

 20.
Without the digital camera, how am I suppose to take pics to remember? Film is for project and digital is for everyday capturing machine. I don't want to miss any scenes at all.

 21.
Do you have any links for that kind of stuff?

 22.
Hi I have one serious problem for my summer trip. I'm going to travel around the city in Korea. Since I'm going to walk and shoot a lot, I can not expect to use my backpack for equipments and camera carrying. Well, these are my equipments. It might be different base on the location and etc.

- Pentax 67
- Pentax 67 55-105mm f4.5
- Pentax 67 105mm f2.4
- Canon 5d Mark 2
- Canon 24-105mm f4
- Canon 70-200mm f2.8 II
- Tripod
- Films
- Sekonic light meter 758DR
- Etc

Well, I'm not going to carry all of them except for several conditions such as trip in other city.
I'm going to carry Pentax 67 with standard zoom lens and Canon 5d Mark 2 with standard zoom lens. Yeah carrying both camera together is really harsh and painful but because of my project, I can not put one camera into my bag and switching camera will take a long time. I don't want to miss the chance while I change the camera. So I'm thinking to purchase any accessory for carrying two cameras at once. Peak Design's camera clip might be great choice to me I guess. Do you think that Peak Design is a best choice for traveling? Or not, is there any alternative solutions for this issue?

 23.
Ebay and Pentax forum. Camera stuffs from Japan is the best choice and they sold them cheaper.
