<p>As I have been developing film, I have been realizing that there are some white streaks on some of my negatives. And some negatives will have little white dots and scratches. <br /><br />What are the different possibilities that this could be occurring from?<br /><br />How could I fix this problem?<br /><br />It would be highly appreciated if someone could help me solve this problem and prevent it from further happening.
