1.
some time ago i bought the Polaroid magazine 405 (not centered - original version) for my 4x5
lately i noticed that always the last 3 sheets of Polaroids get stuck..
somehow at the 6th or 7th sheet, the white "pull out" papers come out tooo far and together and super long and the last 3 sheets are unusable..maybe i pull too hard, bc i always still hear to rollers turning after i pull out the Polaroids before...
i also noticed that the rollers dont turn each other as they do on my landcamera, where as u roll one roller the other one rolls with it... there is a small space between the rollers in the 405 back, one roller turns effortless, the other one is more tight...

what might be the issue?
i really love to possibility of using the Fuji fp100c but i fear somehow something is always wrong.

thanks!

 2.
hello!

I just bought 10x packs of expired Polaplan Polaroids for the 405 back.

every second one is dry out, but what worries me is that i noticed that the Polaplan sheets have 2 small plastic peaces (by the chemistry) that keep stucking in the rollers and breaking off when i pull out an exposed sheet out of the 405 back.

It was the first time i noticed this 2 small plastic stripes where the chemistry is on the polaroids..

Is this in the most of the Polaroid films? also the new Fuji?

can this damage the 405 back and the rollers?

thanks,

 3.
some time ago i saw a Pentax that accepted hasselblad lenses on ebay.... this is why i was thinking it might work..

but of course! RZ shutters are inside the lens... :/

is there any camera (not rangefinder) with exchangeable rotateing backs that would accept Pentax lenses?

 4.
hello!

i love the mamiya system and the speed of pentax lenses, so i wondered if there is any adapter or something to mount the pentax 67 lenses on an RZ?

thanks!

 5.
thanks! :)
hopefully soon i get one!

 6.
thanks!!
any advice on a cheap and sharp 180mm or 210mm (with shutter) lens with f5.6? (4x5)

 7.
Im sorry if this will be a silly question, but i just got my first LF camera and now im on the search for lenses.

my camera accepts "linhof style" lens boards, and it came with a lensboard copal 0.

i wanna buy a 210mm 5.6 lens with a shutter.. and if the shutter is copal 1, this means that i need to buy a "linhof style" lensboard copal 1 to accept the lens with shutter copal 1?

sorry again if this is a sill question, but don't wanna make a mistake when buying a lens.

 8.
thanks alot for the answer!
this was the answer i was searching for.
kind regards,
J.

 9.
i work in studios since long time, mostly digitally but also with film (mamiya rb plus portra 160)

after i got the wonderful pentax 67 i wanted to use it also in the studio but with the modeling lights, so i was just wondering what the temperature of the bowens modelling light is.. and if the gemini has different stops of the modeling lights.

and if it would go well with colour film :)

thanks for all the answers.
ps. i have a good deal on a used bowens gemini 500r, what should i be aware when i test it?

 10. hey, yes was thinking analog film.. not video.. but i dont mind using 400 asa or 800 even. my mamiya can sync at any speed, but the pentax 67 only at 1/30 so this is why im searching for a solution.
 11. hello. im looking into buying a studio flash with continuous light (that has different stops of the continuous light) and has a bowens mount. i already own bowes mount softboxes. i shoot mostly film and some of my film cameras dont have fast sync speed, so this is why i would need continuous light with different stops. im considering METTLE or BOWENS. it should be ca 500ws but possible to power it down so i could shoot also 2.4 hope this make sense :-) i would spend 250e for second hand. thanks alot!
 12. thanks alot for the answers. the thing is i was always amazed by the dof of the mamiya rz 2.8 lens and the dof i get from my pentax 2.8 lenses.. and since i love my rb, i wanted a similar effect.. so mby 127 od the way to go ill look into everything:-)
 13. thanks alot! so for portraits, if i wanna get the shoulders out of focus, better is probably the 250 4.5.?
 14. i know this might be a stupid question, so sorry :-) but wich rb lens has more shallow dof, the 250, 4.5 or 127 3.5 / 3.8 im using the pentax 67 too much lately and i wanted to buy something sharp and fast for my rb67. thanks aot!
 15. i had 6 undeveloped MF bw film (ilford hp5 and fuji acros) stored in a plastic box in the fridge and somehow water came inside of the box and i noticed it probably after 1-2 weeks. all the film were still factory sealed(carton box + plastic/foliage) are they still usable? or I shouldn't risk it? thanks alot
 16. what I wanted to know is... I own 2 pentax 6x7 mlu and on ebay i found a pentax 67ii polaroid "back". so I wanted to buy it for one of my pentax 6x7s. I just wanted to check if u could use it.. since some of the parts of the 67ii model are not compatible with the older pentax 67 models thanksl
 17. hello, can u use the pentax polaroid back for the pentax 67ii also on the older 6x7 mlu models? thanks!
 18. hello! i found this viewfinder loup in the town where I'm visiting and I was wondering if this would fit my pentax 67. the pentax is sadly not with me, so i cant try it out. the price is much cheaper that the one for a used pentax 67 loup. thanks! this is the loup: www.bolha.com/fotografija-in-optika/fotografska-oprema/ostala-fotografska-oprema/pentacon-iskalo-povecevalo-za-pentacon-six-ali-ostale-1295810510.html?aclct=1428429092
 19. im finding this tripod plus viewfinder loupe on a pentax 67 more and more appealing. but the original pentax loupe goes for 100$... are there any xbrand cheaper alternatives? thanks:-)
 20.
i feel more free without a tripod somehow... normaly when i use a tripod im really clumsy and kick everything around me :)
but mby i should try to do more with a tripod....
is the focusing glass of the 67 II much brighter than the old models?

 21.
thanks alot for the answer!:)
this is what i wanted to know
yes i do have a tripod, but i rarely use it.. so i guess the only help is an external light source that i use in focusing moments.
and 90 e is too much for a loupe anyway!

thanks!

 22.
with pentax only window light (slow sinc speeds)
and the focusing glass is super dark...
with mamiya it works super easy, focusing glass super bright..
i used to have a 500w lightbulb that i used in the focusing moment but the last one exploded yesterday :)
so im searching for a solution that would help me focus on that 1 eye on 2.4 :)

 23.
nono.. i was talking when you "tilt" the viewfinde helper (the loup) on and off.. u move the camera
i wasnt talking about the lens tilt

 24. thanks alot, but something doesnt make sense to me.. if we are talking focus on 2.4 tilting the focus help viewfinder on and off moves the camera for some cm and also the subject moves in that time... so at 2.4 or 2.8 i dont see it working good or am I wrong? thanks alot
 25. hello! I really love my pentax, but i find it superhard to focus indoors. I'm doing mostly portraits. is it worth buying this: www.ebay.de/itm/Pentax-Sucherlupe-fur-6x7-67-/400897474320? pt=LH_DefaultDomain_77&hash=item5d5759ff10 for almost half of the price i payed for my pentax? would it really help me focusing on eyes? how does it affect the crop and the composition? 2nd question: is there anynway to make pentax lenses tilt? or (mamiya rb67 tilt?)
