Your manual probably would tell you not to use your camera in temperatures below 32 degrees F. Obviously, this is nonsense, but I suspect (there's only one way you could actually prove this, and it's not tempting) that it's not completely nonsense, so when I'm out with my camera for long periods in cold weather I keep it inside my jacket, which also makes snow etc. slightly less of a problem. The downside, which I'm not convinced is really connected, is that the lens fogs over if I take it out for too long.

The end of fall is migration season - thousands of cranes passing through northern Israel. Here are two in the Hula Valley.

Beautiful lighting and background - the dead forest is very haunting in cloudy light and also isn't the cliched image of cheetahs in savanna. Consider taking some saturation out of the bottom left corner to complete the effect. The cheetah is of course cool. Compositionally - again, the trees are great, and the cheetah's head and tail stand out well against them. Next time in a similar situation I would try to get to a position where the animal is facing you, or at least where its head is closer than its tail is to the camera - I think that would give the picture more depth. Nice catch.

Very creative and quite beautiful. Color contrast works but maybe slightly less than was intended. It looks like you exposed for the sky and left everything else underexposed, which you can correct in Photoshop or similar. Composition is great, but try to find a flower facing the camera to draw the viewer in.

Amazing bird (hawk? eagle?) and great background. Front feathers could use just a little more contrast; eyes could be a bit brighter (not that I can't see them, but they're not quite piercing the way they clearly were originally). The head is turned in a very intriguing and confusing way. Great work.
