Beautiful lighting and background - the dead forest is very haunting in cloudy light and also isn't the cliched image of cheetahs in savanna. Consider taking some saturation out of the bottom left corner to complete the effect. The cheetah is of course cool.

Compositionally - again, the trees are great, and the cheetah's head and tail stand out well against them. Next time in a similar situation I would try to get to a position where the animal is facing you, or at least where its head is closer than its tail is to the camera - I think that would give the picture more depth.
