Nice pic. Good subject and composition but to my mind, the contrast is not sufficient or actually the scene does not contain much contrast (ideal 18% gray) and the photograph does not look fine enough. You should try another shot with the different lighting conditions; anyway the scalpture is always there and you have got a very good camera but how about the lens you used?

It is too difficult which one is better, I mean color one or B&W one but easier one is to say both are very good portraitures or captured moments, congratulations...
