Thanks for all those helpful advices,
Decided to send the camera body in for evaluation, the fogging persist on a similar nite scene with the FM+35mm set up which i do not encounter with my F5.
Once again, thank you all :-)
Best regards

Some of slides that have this problem is taken under a covered walkway, will try the black tape method 1st before going to the repair shop again.
Perhaps someone who encountered the same problem as mine cares to shed some light on it ?
thanks !

Oops! the camera is a Nikon FM with 35mm F2..

hi all,
i discovered recently some of my slides has this streak of white
fogging on top of the frame,it does not affect all my frames, only
randomly. Is this a major problem or just a simple fix ?i showed the
slides to my usual repair shop, the guy told me it is the lens problem
which i doubt so..

would suggest 35mm f2,very nice coverage for travelling and wonderful results.Try it,u will not regret :)

hi kim,
u expose slides the same way u do for negatives.those white cardboard thing are called mountings,u can opt not to mount it(cheaper that way)and receive them in the normal negative sleeves, getting prints from slides is costly and they appear more contrasty to me,IMO shoot negatives if u want prints.
Try it,u will love it when u view ur 1st roll of slides using a lightbox & loupe.
Cheers !
