I agree with the previous comment about B&W. The composition is OK, I'd crop the street lamp on the bottom.
-
I'd crop the half of the upper clouds. It adds nothing and let the viewer concentrate more on the buildings.
Extrange shot, anyway.

Did you **really** take this one with a F100?? To jump from a plane in that way, you have to be a bit crazy, but with such a camera... ouch, man...! Did it survive..? ;-)

How can it be: to the day (12th Dec 2001), viewed 0 times but rated 12 times??? Sometimes I don't know how this site works...
About the shot: an extrange one!

It's courious how different everybody reacts to these. That's what I call pluralitY! :-)
I travelled some times to other countries than mine. One of the most shocking experience -for me- is how different people of other countries/cultures react to jokes. People from different places on earth doesn't lough for same things. That's the amazing side of being "on the road"!

Simple! I'd have prefered not to see the background...
-
It's a shame that it's out of focus... I'd keep on trying.

Intriguing subject. Makes me wonder what's he doing...

So well captured the mood that this group creates! And knowing their music, it seems that I'm almost hearing them right now.
It deserves to be a POW.

Well composed. The caption is a necessary complement, a short explanation of what's going on here. A classical PJ shot.

Yes, Jasmine, a nice bum. And it's not a portrait. It's a nude. Selfnude. Are you jealous?

Dennis:
not to beginn a discussion here -we'll get out of the point- but a lot have been said about digitally manipulated photographs. I like and respect surrealism.
Is just that I need to know when an image has suffered manipulations (yes, only the image, **not my feelings**!! That comment has gone too far...)
Maybe you all folks want to read something in a recently thread called "Should Photo_net Welcome Computer Art", in the archived forum. A huge amount of fundamentations, pros and cons, have been written there.

The lady is almost hidden among all the vegetation, she's almost invisible.
May be you'd use much more dof or to work with the contrast (another paper?) on the printing fase...
-
I also like the 'texture' of the sand.

A beautiful shot, but I think that the boat need a bit more detail, just like the other one in this folder. Anyway, the goal is reached.
-
I don't understand your allusion to ww3, but it looks really dramatic.
-
Very subtle the silhouette in the background. The buildings in the foreground add depth to the composition and a reference in time with those modern antennas on the roofs.
-
A fine portrait, soft tones (yeah, there it is NPH!!), nice pose, pretty girl. I agree with the second comment about her left eye, something wrong with it, may be the shadow or some kind of strange reflect...
-
A good idea, but I think you'd try to do a better scan. I think it doesn't make any justice to the original idea.
-
Too dark for my taste, but it's a dynamic shot.

Hi Cedar!
I like a lot the effect of the light from the top, the shadowed zones add some subtlness to the shot. Also the texture of him is accentuated, seem to be made out of wrinkled paper!
-
It's a bit lack of resolution...
-
Well... it's obviously digitally mounted. But you'd have to say it yourself in the technical details, if you don't mind...
