    Main street!

I bet you would rather mow your lawn with the morning sun warming your back, hearing the birdies singing in the gently swaying branches of the old maple tree....... It's coming...eventually.

Well presented image of the long Canadian winter. Composittion is on the spot my eyes are going up and down on the road...

    Thanks for sharing.

I like this a lot. Brings back memories of the heavy moist fragrance of the swamp air. The composition is well balanced the subject is clear and sharp the softness of the background adds to the feel perfectly.

    Well done.

    Hi Jose

Good capture. I would give a 6 if you would pan to the left just a touch to include the balkony in full.. Still a very good scene.

Wow!!! I don't know which one is your stronger side writing or photography? Let me say this: your view of life is so inspiring and heart warming no wonder i look for your comments and uploads regularly.

    This image is stunning.

    My best to you.

  1. Your images show how talented you are, my idea to learn to use a new software is just like yours: read the manual to get a basic knowledge and than play with it experiment with it use trial and error and something nice will emerge that talks to you and from there it is just refining and applying the final touches and then lay back and enjoy the complements pouring in......:-)

    Yours truly.

  2. Yes I left this one just a bit too small. Yes I like the clarity of the colours too.

Working on a few more ideas using the same program.

Thank you for your encouraging words.

    My best regards.

  3. I would sit front of this stunning creation on a very uncomfortable wooden bench in a Museum for a very long time. Just stunning, a perfect place to use the oil paint filter.

    My admiration on your creativity.

    Very original.

I see Don Cherry's Dog works for Target?

I like the blurred sides representing the fast moving trains.

    Well done.

  4. We are keeping each other busy...

I can't express my gratitude enough for your kind words on my work.

This one was created by using and manipulating a fractal software.

I noticed my interest in this form of creating something lasting and hopefully interesting to other people. Hope it will help me find my true interest.

Definitely more to come. I like them too....

    My best regards.

  5. Thank you for your continuing support on my feeble attempts. I almost feel embarrassed by your kind praises ( I saw your comment on my other fractal experiment ) I said it before but I have to say it again, this is what PN is all about, helping each other with constructive criticism and expert advise. Most importantly encouragement which builds confidence for exploring different forms of mediums/platforms to share one's imaginations.

I think I mentioned earlier ( if not I do it now ) your portfolio was and still is a great inspiration for me. You showed me there should be no limit to one's will to express dreams and feelings thru any form of media or manipulating existing parameters.

    Thank you again.

  6. Thank you for the kind words. Today a saw my first Heron of the season flying overhead.... made me optimistic about the end of winter..

Until I can shot something nice and colorful outside, I'm afraid more like this one will come..

    Thanks again.

    Andy

  7. Thank you for your reassuring and very kind words.

I feel like I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel with this one but the cabin fever makes me doing strange things.

Hardly can wait for the spring.

Thanks for taking your time and offer your thoughts.

    My best regards.

    Trillium Flower

    Hi Bruce

What a nice presentation of this Trillium which is the official flower of Ontario Canada.

The tonal range and the softness of the background gives justice to this flower.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Allan

What an exellent capture. The timing is perfect.

The playfulness of the cub makes the scene so special.

    Well done.

    My complements.

  8. Please don't crop the NW. It is perfect the way it is. The brightness of the corner suggests a very warm and bright summer day, i think that's what you wanted to show with this fantastic alteration.

It is very creative and artistic.

I love Poppies too they are so innocent looking but still have a lot of details to play with.

    My complements.
