1. Uhhh...this policy would require a catheter - or rubber sheets - for this old man...
2. In fact I did. Designed, and then wrung-out, shaken down, tested, and audited. Before implementation. Scale of the project development staff/resources is not the issue. Failure to meet baseline needs is. There is no excuse for going live when development is incomplete. None. Basic and reasonable user expectations must be met from zero, not retrofitted. Especially when replacing and soliciting financial support and subscription from users whose needs are not served. The complaints I have read here are not trivial caviling. These are not bugs; these are holes, gaps, and dead ends. Aloha, and best of luck with p.n.
3. Darwinian rules, eh? After looking through the many posts of frustration, bewilderment, anger, and despair, I am surprised at the seeming stonewall, non-responsive, and defensive reaction of site administration to complaints (when, that is, it responds at all). If you really wish people to use your site, then it might be a good thing that it be stable, well-tested, and supplied with published guidelines and clear instructions. It seems that the new format was rolled out before sufficient admin and support structure was in place, with the thought that underpinnings would be retrofitted on the fly after implementation. I spent a very long career designing systems, and that policy is never a good idea. Well, It's a shame. From what I gather, some users have been voting with their feet. Sad day, when a once great resource and platform dissolves in messy mediocrity and dysfunction. Paid membership, for this? I think not. .
4. Hi. I've been looking around for a FAQ, and not found one. Did find a very helpful post accumulating answers to many site questions posed and answered by others (thanks, OP), but no specific guidelines on gallery requirements and limits: maximum posting sizes, frequency, etc. Not entirely new here; had a gallery of some size and frequently posted between '08 and '11, but stopped when I left the hobby for a few years. Boy, things have changed! Thanks for any advice or guidance. wtm
5. In 1953, one Singapore dollar = 0.326667 USD (I think).
6.
According to their website ( http://www.athentech.com/try/plugins ), Elements is supported.
