I am not an expert, however my humble attempt. What I did here is:

1.Carried out a little correction thro PhotoShop, Filter-Sharp-Unsharp Mask to get a crisp edges of the image.

2. Again applied Hue/Saturation. Increased the saturation to get a color contrast.

And increased bit of contrast and light.

3. Flatten all the layers and cropped the top rock to avoid distraction due to black spots.

4. Finally made a border to make a feeling of printed photograph..

I do not know whether you appreciate this or not.
