  1. I have an old Elmar 50/3.5 and Bessa R3A. I only have an adapter for

90mm/28mm. Do I need the 50mm M mount adapter for accurate focusing?

Also, I will get Jupiter-9 85mm lens in screw mount. Can I use any M

mount adapter for accurate focusing? I used the Elmar with Leica CL,

but focus was off on some photos. I used the 90mm/28mm adapter with

Elmar. Wondering I should have used the 50mm adapter for accurate

    focus.

  2. I have bid on the Noct F1.0 and lost the bid. Later, I received the

  3. Raid,

Yes. The movie has both nudity and violence. They are very weired

movie, but you can see some glimpse of extreme side of Japan.

For the entire family, one of the recent Godzilla movie might be a

good choice. Also, I think "Lost in Translation" captured modern

    Japan very well.

  4. If you are going to Nagoya, watch the movie "GOZU" by Takashi Miike.

It's an excellent movie entirely shot in Nagoya area. Netflix have

it. You can see a glimpse of life in Nagoya from that movie. Also,

Nagoya is famous for Fried Shrimp, or in Japanese, "Ebi Furai". I

    hope you enjoy Japan!

  5. I wondered. Does carrying a "(professional) Camera Bag" make you an

instant target for robbery? I work in TV industry. There are

professional thieves who specialize in stealing TV cameras all over

the U.S. Especially, near TV stations, production company and

airport. Is it the same in still cameras? Is it safer to carry your

expensive camera equipment in non camera bag rather than in obvious

camera bag? I was thinking about carrying my rangefinder kits in Old

    Navy's $18 messenger bag.
