  1. Yesterday I ran this roll of short dated (expires 7/2018) Provia 100f thru my Canon 1v, it had a been a few months since the last roll but the camera has never given light leaks or anything like that. I loaded it indoors before shooting it outside over the course of about 3 hours, then dropped it off for processing just after that, picking it up this morning. Please see the attached file-- does this look like it could be expired/bad film, or a processing error? The guy behind the counter at the lab thought it was bad film, but I think he was just saying that so he wouldn't have to refund me. I'm not sure how the marks could be so irregular and far apart on the roll unless it happened during processing. I did have the film pushed 1 stop, though that shouldn't change anything. The marks/spots occurred semi regularly over the course of the roll, every 6-7 frames or so. One of the marks is more severe than the on pictured, and looks solarized in the shadows of the image, but most of the marks just look like less extreme versions of this band and then spots/drips surrounding them. This was just a test roll trying out a shift lens so the roll wasn't super important, but I'm wondering if I should find a different lab after this...
