Greetings, Nikon Buddies. Lots of nice work this week; sorry I'm too rushed to comment on specifics. Maybe I'll get to that, later. In any case, it's great to see so many interesting shots.
My picture is the sunset behind the construction at the university football stadium from a couple weeks ago.

Greetings, Nikon Buddies. Wonderful work: my comments on some particulars:

Adam Z. - very nice.

Lawrence H. - cool.

Steven F. - this makes my eyes go from one to the other. I like.

Ilkka N. - so sharp!

Paul H. - what an angle!

My shot is after today's thunderstorm. I used a tripod, and a handheld flashlight to give the flower just a bit more light than the overcast sky had to offer.

Greetings, Nikon Buddies. Wonderful work; my comments on some particulars:

Matt L. - thanks for lugging the camera bag. What a pleasant surprise.

Michael M. - nice composition

Alejandro H. - on my list again; love the color and DOF.

Doug R. - nice blur, nice composition. I like the way the foreground enhances, rather than distracts.

Marc H. - more bars in more places?

Steve B. - very nice view.

My contribution is another angle of the downtown Academy of Art location. PS8 used to crop and make B&W, etc.

Abib B. - great angle and expression

Dieter S. - beautiful timing. I love the yellow foot just right.

Richard A. - excellent use of the fence

Alejandro H. - but I want to touch it!

My photo is of Tibetan Folk Dancers waiting to perform in the "America by Air" exhibit of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. I liked the intense colors and contrast, both visual and topical.

00W4zM-231879584.jpg.f930fe47c9e2d105e8a327eb3e16f445.jpg
