This is cool Steve. Have seen this on FB. First thought that came to mind how wonderfully you managed the exposure here. It seems this was an arch and not a cave, as I first thought. Correct? and probably helped get that soft light on the arch on the facing side. The Soft diffused light on the arch and the contrast of blue with the little brushstrokes of the orange clouds to match the foreground is just very beautiful. So have you not met any rattler family there this time? That was the second thought that came to mind, on field that's the first ;-)

Beautiful smiles. Welcome back.

Finally, you did it :-)

That's b***** f***** beautiful shot! Sorry, if I say mind-blowing, that would be too bland an exclamation.
The light, the eyes towards light, the angle, the dreamy feeling in the Icelandic hot geyser steam with the chill around so evident, the color of the light so dominant over everything and the damn beautiful subject.
Marsel, you are gifted!!

It is good that you are bringing this Marc. I am at the same opinion. I just have felt that some photographers don't always appreciate suggestions and go into defensive or aggressive mode. I then prefer to give honest critique to those who are likely to absorb it. I welcome your "welcome to positive criticism".

Soft evening light falling on this bright tree with thick Sal forest
in the background. Striking contrast got me into capturing this. Most
important was how to avoid 6 to 8 feet tall grass and to keep it
simple. Fully extended tripod in the Safari jeep was the only
solution. Thanks for your critiques and comments.

Otherworldly. Thanks for sharing!

Lovely light and like the idea of keeping the composition very simple.

Nice light and the action of the clouds. I feel there is lack of shadows on the mountains but that's mostly just due to the angle of light. Horizon is bit tilted. Otherwise its a beautiful capture.

Pleasing image.

Well worth it. Your trademark image :-)

Composition and light looks quite interesting. Its got this hdrish feeling. Is this is a two or three shots combined?, I personally feel there is too much loss of shadows here.

You have captured beautiful motion and light very well. Your GND filter seems to be stop darker than probably needed be, as the gradation is too obvious. About composition though I feel there are too many competing elements IMHO. But its personal preference.

Quite a shot!

Its a great composition and right depth of field you have chosen. Even though the flash is on, the image is pleasing.

Thanks all. Mark thanks for the great compliment.

Its quite a dramatic landscape and fair shot. I would either leave the sun out or include in the frame a bit more.

A terrific shot, both sharpness and composition is great. I agree about reducing the yellows a bit.

While it is an interesting idea to include foreground flowers you have not realized that inadvertently a bright object (rock/wood) has been added. I would avoid it. I also feel the processing ..potentially sharpening and saturation has added grains in the image and looks too bright in certain areas. I think lesser, simpler and careful processing can help this image.

This image can be improved from the composition pov imho. The shoreline is so beautiful and the rolling hill is either. However the hills is very dominant and creates very empty space while the more interesting shoreline is totally sidelined. I would avoid flare, it also gives you an indication that how much the red channel is enhanced, so would reduce that channel saturation.

Captured on the plateau of flowers. While the in the receding bloom
of most flowers I spotted this flower and many other flowers around. I
then imagined the colorful bouquet. All I had to do was to set up and
try in the constant wind for 1.5 hours.
