Something out of the box: When the extremely low light put so much
restriction on the shutter speed and the ISO I was using and the
sharpness I was losing.

Aha... what a bird and what a shot!

Great pose and a simple but beautiful composition!!

Quite a fantastic capture. Do you also have side view?

A beautiful find of the colony and their harmonious gestures. The opportunistic Seagull walking in. I would try to include more complete view if possible to include and emphasize the Seagull. Try to expose a little down so the snow and the birds are not overexposed.

Its just a beautiful image. Very artistic rendition with the choice of DOF. Great colors and sharpness and catchlight.

Lovely bird and a terrific sharp image. Most time skimmers are seen with the water background, interesting to see with the grass below. Love the catchlight.

This is taken in the Bandhavgarh National Park in India, wile leading
a photo Tour. A place in world with highest Tiger Density/ This guy
was just performing for us. The light was fabulous golden evening
light and decided to not use any flash to focus on the profile seen in
the light.
Thank for your comments.

Nice image. I suggest you keep bit more breathing space on the left, behind the ducks. A bit higher ISO and so higher shutter speed is worth trying. Use fill light to bring in more light on the current image and some contrast saturation in the post processing would help.

Love everything about this. Had an opportunity to shoot in grassland region of India. Not a vulturescape but definitely a roosting tree as this one

Great light, FG and the dram in the sky.

Nice panorama and color contrast. Bit softer light would be great. Also bit unsharp, wonder its the stretching these sites play with our images.

Love the action, wish it wa a bit sharper. But I guess the low light was too tricky.

Your idea to include the lines is very good. I would also ensure in the composition that its very clean. check out the left edge and left bottom as well as the tree on the top right, which should be either in (more) or removed. Image also should be exposed correctly especially in the sky, which may turn out to be white, if not captured in the right direction and time (angle of sun and time of the day).

A lovely composition and the placement of the interesting objects in the frame. There are two suggestions I can give. 1. Try rather more interesting lighting where it is not so flat. 2. And for this image itself I would try increasing the saturation a bit. Currently the colors look a bit pale.

Haven;t seen many photos of this place with snow. This one is simple and nice. I would also add some more of the foreground element for the depth.
