<p>Rhode island and vicinity is beautiful this time of year...</p>

<p>I do not understand why people buy DSLRs to shoot videos, it's like buying hay to feed birds...</p>

<p>My motto is" if you don't like it, don't do it"! If no one flies for a few weeks, let's see if the prices don't go down...Same thing with cable and gas, don't like the price, don't use it!</p>

<p>An insecure person is very hard to live with...I have tried in the past and it never lasted because if she he/she can stop you from taking pix of women, next he/she'll try to stop you from taking pictures of your family and so on and so on!</p>

<p>The conclusion I come to is that there can't be much going on in Boston for the newscaster to have time to cover such a non-story...It's sad, Boston used to be a fun city!</p>

<p>I have traveled to quite a few countries in this world and it never occured to me to pay 400 dollars a night to sleep anywhere...The way I travel is<br>

A plane ticket, a bed in a hostel w/ breakfast = 30 € a night and that's in the expensive cities, Istanbul for example was 10€ a night, Vienna = 21€, Tirana = 6€ and I heard from a friend who has done extensive traveling in India that for 400 dollars, you could probably stay there for a couple of weeks. Trust me, my way, you really expereince the country and meet lots of great people...Enjoy your trip!</p>

 

<p>I have had the D300 for a year and a half and been everywhere with it and I can't believe that anyone would think that it's too heavy of a system for what it can do...I did the Appalachian trail with a D200 and they are both about the same weight...</p>

If you want to get some nice shots of Miami, there is a gambling boat that takes you out to sea which will cost you something like 18 dollars which also includes a buffet.You don't even have to gamble...I did it a few years back and got some nice shots out of the deal!<br>

If you decide to take some night shots of South Beach , there are some nice light works with all the hotels and stuff but don't forget your tripod...</p>

<p>Good morning...<br />I have had the 24-120 F4 lens for a few months now and I love it...<br />It's not the smallest lens and could get quite heavy but I never buy any lens I can't carry for a day.<br>

I use it on a D300 by the way and hopefully soon ona D700 on my trip to Japan...</p>
