What a capture, I have to admit this is awesome. You done a great job here you must have been shooting cotinuous to get this? This would make an awesome HDR. Great Shot!

I have many hummingbird pictures, and only a handful of good shots. You should be happy with this picture it is better than most. My advice is to find a spot were they feed all day long, maybe even two or three of them. When there is more than one they tend to pay a lot less attention to you. You have a camera capable of capturing a great image of these birds. You need a higher shutter speed. Your better shots will be mid day because you can really crank your shutte speed up. If they are fighting amonst themselves, they tend to hover a lot more and that makes it easier for you to get better shots. My other recomendation is to spend as much time as possible in the area were they are, the more use to you they get the better your chances of getting more succeful shots. This is a great capture, Nice work>..

At first sight I thought this light is just a little too harsh, but the photo is composed in a way that makes this acceptable. It is really a matter of taste....I think you done a pretty good job here.

What a beautiful place there, TN has so much to offer a photographer.

I really like the angle and layout of your shot. I will offer my opinion as to this shot and it is only my opinion....

Looks like you done most everything right there is just one major problem...

Too much light...Sometimes this can work in your advantage but, rarely when shooting moving water. In my opinion your shutter speed is just about right but, I would close my apeture down some at least an F17. If this were me...I would want clouds and rain for this particular location...

    Nice Work!

You have done a very good job here with this picture...

You managed to capture the flow of the water under what I would consider a borderline lighting situation. I will offer my opinion, and it is only my opinion...

If this were me standing her ready to take this shot, camera on tripod...

I would have shot with my lens apeture closed all the way down...then trying a 2-3 second shutter speed adjusted correctly on my exposure. You angle is perfect, the picture is quiet well done the only thing I would have wanted more is...more in depth of field, which will be accomplished by the above. Personally this lighting situation would have only been a must shoot for me. By underexposing just a hair in lower light you will see your details pop...in post processing work....That is only my opinion....Nice work!
