Even though the picture is burnt out in places, this is still a great view of glacier.  Was this an aerial picture?

Lovely colors and good use of HDR.

Beautiful capture of the reflection and colors.  Summer green colors on one side contrasted by the fall colors on the other with snow white in center, create good interest in the picture. Nice composition in perfect light.

Good capture Ramesh.  Generates a feel for the animal.

Very good composition.  Water feels like a vertical wall due to the lines and the angle photo might be taken from.  Tree is adding good colors to a contrasting background.

Amal,  You got a good balance of light and color in the picture. You must have been very close for a 100mm zoom.  I wonder what the picture will look like with a different angle with focus on the eye and face.  Good shot overall. Regards!

I have been to Rainier NP many times and never before had the

mountain showed itself without some cloud cover. The ice in

Reflection lake was melted enough to provide this perfect

opportunity.
