    Thank you Jim. I'll try to look this question up if I don't find the answers to my questions, I will post on the forum and see what they have to say.

    Jim I shot it at 400.0 mm I used my 100-400 F4.5-5.6 IS USM lens, maybe the reason I had to sharpen was cause I forgot to turn off IS ? That lens is usually shoots stuff really sharp. I had the same problem with my tigers. Aperture was set at 5.6.........Sharpness in camera was set at 7. I'm confused!
  1. This is very pretty, of course Im prejudice McCall is the closest thing to heaven there is. My Grandmother had a cabin in McCall right on the lake, I would have given my eye teeth to keep that place in the family after my Grandma died but my Aunt sold it strangers and they tore it down, Im sure they probably built a condo. It was on Wagon Wheel Road. I hope you post more pictures as I very rarly go there anymore. Anyway back to your beautiful capture I love it!

    Taken at the Portland Zoo on a tripod ........I still had to sharpen it and

    I'm not sure why I didnt use my shutter release switch thingy is that

    why? Should I have used the timer or my shutter release switch?

    These are very beautiful butterflies , I don't think I have ever seen these before. Very nice image! I came over to say thank you for commenting on my Lady Bug photo, I'm glad I did as it gave me a chance to see these beautiful butterfly captures. Its hard to pick a favorite.

    Very interesting image, I wonder what he is doing on the laptop is he connected to the net or playing a game or what? oh well it does make me very glad I refuse to allow my daughter to chat in chat rooms on the internet! Great capture! Thank you for the feed back on my Lady Bug photo.

    Oh I like this. Its sharp and clear the colors are great. The expression in the eyes are what makes me go wow though, great timing!
