First and foremost is the size of the image. It much too small and gives the impression of softness to an unorthodox but working composition. The bag/backpack on the couch and the white object in the upper left hand corner area really come across as distractions to the otherwise clean design quality of this shot.

I like what you've done as far as the lighting and exposure goes. However, I find the image has a lopsided feel. Had this had been something I was shooting, I would have transposed the 2 end Leicas in the front row while rotating the row for a bit more angle and move the R7 to the other side of the frame. This would accomplish two things; keeping the visual flow from left to right and allow you to get more light into the black body. Also making sure the angle on the R7 is the same as the FG row cameras.
PS, set the f/stop the same on all the lenses.

With the exception to the area on her left forearm that is blown out a bit too much, this is a very well accomplished figure study. The composition seems somewhat unorthodox, but it works in the context of the overall image. You might consider a gobo to control the light in those hot areas next time. Very nice work.

Your Pileated Woodpecker is much too dark being on the shade side of the tree to be an effective image. Part of this is optical because of the bright featureless sky keeps the eye from adjusting to the black of the bird. You might consider cropping the left to reduce this effect.
Additionally, you can use an overlay layer with 50% gray and dodge the birds body with with a diffused white brush tool at 10%. It will bring out some of the missing detail in a more controlled way.

This is one several HDR shots I've seen that truly shows what HDR really can do. There is detail in the lights and darks, and the color range appears to be very natural. The composition feels a little tight on the top and bottom, but it's not a serious drawback. Very nice work.

There is a fine blending of textures in this shot. The rough, hard rock and soft, billowy clouds frame the smooth curves of the model perfectly. Whether this is a conversion or original B&W doesn't really matter. The tonal range is complete creating a visual harmony. This is excellent work.

A very well executed male figure study with a compositional elements utilizing negative space with great finesse.

This is a very dynamic image. You've captured the action beautifully, and the intensity of the eyes is spectacular. Kudos!.

A beautifully accomplished landscape with a great feeling of realism. This would also be a fine B&W.

Beautiful capture of this moment in flight, and you've got an eye for excellent presentation also.

The composition seems a bit unorthodox in that the eye is carried out of the frame rather quickly because of subject placement. Cutting their feet with the bottom edge of the frame might not have been the best decision.
You have captured a real feeling of exhaustion with the slumped shoulders and drooping head, and the color is wonderfully natural.

A well lit sultry model makes for an excellent, provocative portrait. However, the vertical lines on the BG somehow really don't fit well with the feel of the rest of the image. You might consider blending and blurring the surrounding areas to remove them. Nice work up to a point.

This is a nice capture. There is good detail and you didn't over sharpen it. The composition is excellent. You might try using a flash to get some more detail.

With the exception of the red socks this is a well done shot. I find the red socks to be a real distraction. Were this a nude, they wouldn't be objectionable.
You might also consider having the model here on her toes next time. The flat foot breaks the flow.

A very well executed IR shot. The natural frame of the trees works well to provide a fine sense of depth. Very nice work.

I can feel the sense of loss this shot evokes. Reality can be beautiful in its pain. My condolences.

I like the high contrast metalized effect, but there seems to be some banding that diminishes the effect especially on her thigh. The design quality is first rate providing a fine composition. Original work.

It's good to see this striking temple has survived. I shot the temple in '67 during the war, but wasn't allowed inside during any of the ceremonies. This is a beautifully composed image, and the color is truly startling. Excellent work.
