  1. I usually use the rule of thirds but had to crop this photo because there was a car on the right side of the photo. Cropping put the saxaphone player in the middle but at least I was able to clear some of the junk out of the photo.

After Baron died I said I would never get another dog. A year and a half later, this wonderful companion came into our lives quiet by accident. We adopted him when he was two and I have never met a more loving, loyal and well-behaved dog (most of the time!). He will never replace Baron, but he has filled our lives with joy once again.

I took the advice of another photographer and used a white

background (this was done in green screen) and I softened the

edges and left some shadows so they wouldn't look like they were

floating. Any critiques would be helpful. Thanks.

Thank you so much for your input. I see what you mean about the floating look. I'm going to try your suggestion and see how it looks. I bought some software called Green Screen Wizard and for the most part it is easy to  use but I still have some learning to do with it. I will keep trying.

Thank you so much for your help. After looking at your photo I see what you mean about the hair light and background light. I really appreciate your help.

Old men.....sat on a park bench like bookends.

These men were so engrossed in their Italian conversation that they

weren't even aware that I was taking their photo. Comments welcome.
