I like this photo, the colors and shadow in the photo are nicely captured. This photo and from looking at your portfolio, I can see you have an eye for catching the artistic beauty in the world around you. Keep doing what you do, good photos. -Mark

That is a very interesting building. The inside makes me think of Leonardo Da Vinci's Time Machine. What is this structure? It would be interesting to make a time lapse photography of the sky changing behind this. If you get a chance, catch a shot with a brilliant red sky. Very cool.-Mark

When I was setting up for this photo, I thought the street lights were
going to take away from the photo. I didn't expect the photo would
turn out like this. Seeing the result, I think the star bursts of the
lights make the photo more interesting. The lesson I learned here is
take the shot, you never know what the end result will be and you may
pass up that diamond in the rough by thinking that won't make a good
location.
It was pouring rain when I drove into the city. I thought I might get
some interesting reflections off the streets, the rain stopped and I
found this corner with what I thought was just an OK shot. A homeless
guy came up to me, "Hey are you taking photos?" "Yeah" I said, I gave
him ten dollars to get something to eat. It was an interesting night,
my photo shoot adventure. I think I did get a couple of nice shots.
Any thoughts or comments are appreciated. Thanks for taking the time

I think this photo was well done. If this has been done before, so be it, then you executed this exercise precisely. I feel photo.net is more than just a show case for our original photos, it is a place we can all learn and see different ideas and techniques. It is a place to be inspired and experiment and ask for critiques, pointers and tips. Now if this photo gets purchased for a million dollars and put on the cover of the New Yorker magazine billed as the creative originality of the next Andy Warhol, and I had actually been the first one to do this, then I would be a little bummed. The debate aside, cool picture.

The lighting is great, from the light on her face and the color highlights in her hair all the way down to the violet in the skirt, the lighting on the brick. The model is very attractive, her stance and the way the shot is angled, there is a lot to appreciate about this photo. Excellent!

Great subjects. It is always fun seeing something from an angle that only a few individuals get to experience. I like how the light reflects off the glass on the two front planes, with the blue background it really shows up nice. Thanks for sharing this with us. - Mark

I have heard about those stones, they move as if pushed by ghostly hands. This is one of those unique shots for any photographers portfolio. The intriguing thing is they move and leave the tracks. I can not see what you saw there off the photo, but I think I would have taken this shot horizontally catching both the sun star burst and the track going back to the horizon if it was there. Still, this is a very cool shot. I do like the pattern of the cracked ground and I can see why you wanted to leave it in the foreground. It really gives the feel of standing there and looking down. I am curious, is the sun star burst coming over the horizon real or Photoshopped? I ask only because it looks so perfect. Great photo, thanks for sharing it.

The color contrast is really spectacular! The water reflecting light and the angle you captured it is nicely done.

Beautiful picture! Red sky in morning sailor take warning. I'll bet there was a rain storm that day. Very nice photo. That red is amazing.

The Photoshop lighting gives this a surreal feeling. You caught a very interesting pose and expression. There is symmetry between the tree and the boy leaning forward. Nice photo.

I like the tree, a lot of character and the mountain balances the photo. The tree, the clouds and the mountain horizon allows your eye to flow around the photo. Well done. I wish this photo was larger and sharper here. Very Nice.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I am using a Canon Digital Rebel XT, I am not sure if there is a way to do a double exposure. I will have to research this.
Thanks, -Mark
